William F. Becker

Co-Owner

Mr. Becker is responsible for driving the strategic vision of the company and oversees the operational aspects of the company. He brings 30 years of public accounting, consulting, and Fortune 500 industry experience to the company. Most recently Bill served as Chief Operating Officer of one of the nation’s largest incentives companies. Mr. Becker oversaw all of the company’s operations, personnel, and management of the company’s client base.

Richard Perkins

Co-Owner

Over the past fifteen years, Richard has been able to leverage his diverse background in finance and M&A to identify lucrative incentive opportunities for our clients. Richard oversees sales and onboarding and is an indispensable member of our client opportunity planning sessions. Mr. Perkins has held Business Development positions with Barron Chase Securities, Dean Witter, Dinan & Company, and Dartmouth Group LLC. During that time, he originated and closed in excess of $200 million in transactions; including Lantronix’s $72 million acquisition of Lightwave Communications.

Shawn Anderson

Chief Revenue Officer

Shawn is currently responsible for new Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and COVID-19 Employee Retention Credit sales throughout the USA that primarily come from current relationships, HireCredit LLC. clients and new partnerships. In addition, Shawn is responsible for establishing new referral partnerships.

Prior to his current role, Shawn served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Tax Credit Co. From 2010- 2013, Shawn was Vice President of Sales for Incentives Advisors. In both positions, he was responsible for national sales recruitment, training, and new business development.

From 2005 – 2010, Shawn started and served as the National Sales Manager for Paychex Tax Credit Services. Under his direction, Shawn grew that division to a multi-million dollar entity in 3 years. Shawn has also held Sales, Marketing, and Product Management positions with Paychex, Inc.

Kyleigh Woodcock

Director, Client Success and Program Operations.

Kyleigh serves as the Program Manager, overseeing customer success and program operations. With a focus primarily on the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), Kyleigh and her team work with new clients to identify the best screening solution that meets the client’s needs and integrates with their existing recruitment processes.

Kyleigh has three years of experience in the Tax Credit Industry. Previously, she served as a Marketing Director for Simon Property Group where she led a team to execute marketing initiatives in the Indianapolis area for a local shopping center.
